Co-Owner of BPI Worldwide Fuel Mexico: Aurelio Romero

  • Mr. Romero has been dedicated to education for over 20 years.  He has developed consultancy in these areas for Mexico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, and has collaborated with some conferences in Taiwan, China, Japan and the United States.
  • He was the president of Universidad del Valle de México. The institution became the largest private university in Mexico City and the second largest in the country, with yearly revenues over $100 million US dollars, more than 3,500 teachers and 1,500 administrative employees.
  • Has developed an institutional system based in quality specifications in the educational processes for the Mexican Federation of Private Institutions of Higher Education.  In this project 7 institutions were coordinated in the final stages, of the 62 initially involved in the same.
  • He collaborated in similar efforts with institutions in Brazil, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
  • Director de Internova (1995-1998), a marketing and PR company. The job was created by winning an international public contract for some cooperators of the US in Mexico. Among the first were the USA Rice Federation, National Dry Bean Council, American Hardwood Export Council, American Peanut Council, and others.  In 2000-2001 developed a masters degree for the Colegio de Consultores en Imagen Pública overlooking the course preparation, and doing the operation procedures and policies, recruited students, teachers, and facilities.
  • Participated with Harry Mazal, S. A. (2003-2004) in a school development Project, in charge of teacher training in the state of Veracruz.
  • Since 2004 has been an independent business owner, developing new technologies for the environment, and remained a consultant with some institutions.

Chief Information Officer: Howard Nicholas

  • Has developed and consulted on over 350 internet projects, from website design and layout to application hosting and strategic needs analysis.
  • National Channel Partner Director for Hostcentric, Inc during the "dot com boom", responsible for forging co-branded business relationships with nationally recognized service providers and Fortune 500 companies. Assisted with the growth of the company operations from 1.5 million to 32 million annually.
  • 7 years experience with Bellsouth Advertising & Publishing as commercial advertising consultant and account manager in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • 2 years professional experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning consultation and marketing. Working under contract for SAP America, Oracle and Dunn and Bradstreet Accounting Systems in the early 90's.
  • Began his professional career as a Series 7 & Series 63 licensed securites agent at the age of 19.

Mexico Operations Manager: Cynthia Romero Colliard

  • Cynthia worked mainly in the insurance business, at different brokers. Cynthia started with small brokers learning the technical details of insurance.
  • In 2003 Cynthia started working at Aon consulting in the area of benefits for employees. This is the customer service area for the company.
  • From that moment on Cynthia has always worked giving the customers all the attention they need.
